Random Question(s) of the Day
What's the best food to have leftover?
I believe it would be my recipie for chicken pot pie, which, while damn tasty when eaten for dinner, is truly better the next day for lunch.
The husband, I believe, would be an enthusiastic advocate for cold pizza.
Discuss.

What, exactly, is a 'cyclone ranger' and why would everyone want to avoid you if you were one?
*bonus points to whomever can tell me what inspired this question

Why, because then I would be turning Japanese, I really THINK SO.
(I posted on my blog about it -- before I could comment. Talk about persistent, hey?)
Heh.

actually, the correct version is
"Psyched Lone Ranger"
and no, I have no idea what THAT means, either.

"Cyclone Ranger" LMAO. This might have been a few years before your time, Kathy, but there used to be a student who would bring a cape & mask to ISU basketball games and run laps around the balcony walkway of Hilton Coliseum during the second half. The crowd would go nuts cheering for him, and usually a "wave" would form and follow him around Hilton. I'm thinking it was in '87 or '88, and I'm not sure if he was still doing it when you came to ISU, but he DID refer to himself as the "Cyclone Ranger".

Yeah, that was before my time
I didn't start school until '89.
Totally sounds like something someone at ISU would do. God, that guy sounds like he needed to get laid.

I've never been all that concerned about the meaning of "cyclone ranger" meself (of course, I also like the poetry of
Wallace Stevens, so maybe it's just me...)
