Quickie Linkage and Random Question of the Day
Before I have to get in the shower and rush off to the hospital to do my good deeds for the day...
It appears that the Saudis have finally learned that they're playing a significant part in killing the goose that lays the golden eggs and are opening the spigots.

Lennon or McCartney?
(and no, Robbo, I don't mean it in the context of which one would you rather have carnal relations with. Bleh. Get your head out of the gutter.)

Madam, you wrong me!
As a matter of fact, I think Lennon was the better song-writer but McCartney is the more talented musician. Since I prefer musick to words, I'll go with the latter.

I'm assuming this is in the 60's? If we are just looking at their body of work until 1980, I'd go with Lennon. McCartney's longevity has allowed him to branch out and really do more creatively. If we are looking at the entire corpus of both their works - then McCartney.
And I wish ill upon McCartney's gold digger.

I am a reader of your blogs and just came across another site I thought I would let you know about. It isn't a blog like yours - actually, best I can tell it is a practical joke of some sort but it struck a chord with me and I decided to share..
