1 It has taken multiple defeats for my children to realize that Boardwalk/Park Place aren't all they're cracked up to be. It should also be noticed that there are Chance cards that take you to Boardwalk and Illinois, but not to any of the Greens. But cash management seems to be part of the game as well, because if you don't have enough money to build up your properties, it doesn't buy you anything to have a monopoly.
